great location but noisy lobby

The location is perfect for my family’s needs. I appreciated the friendliness and support from Mike during our stay.

The lobby gets quite noisy due to the many university athletic teams.

perfect spot for city strolls and easy park access

my stay was enjoyable thanks to the friendly front desk staff and a delightful breakfast featuring unique smoothie options, making mornings a real treat, and with Kline Park just under 2 km away, it was easy to unwind amidst nature after a day of exploration.

Clean and comfy, but service needs work

The place was super clean, which I loved! Nice microwave and fridge in the room, and the breakfast spread was solid—eggs, waffles, the works. But the service was a bit rough. I asked for extra pillows and waited ages. Had to call twice for towels. It was frustrating, especially when my son needed them for his nebulizer.

We had a fantastic time exploring nearby attractions with our grandchild. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

Had a pleasant experience during our wedding visit! We enjoyed the spacious room and the friendly staff. The breakfast options were decent, but the coffee was exceptional. For future guests, make sure to grab the early breakfast to avoid long lines!

Additionally, the noise levels late into the night from children running around made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which could easily be a mood-killer for those looking to recharge.
